Park Avenue restaurant in NYC, alters their decor and architectural elements (and menu and wine list) to reflect the current season. Park Avenue Summer for example, draws inspiration from the Galapagos Islands, using hand-cast tortoise shells mounted on high gloss lacquered panels throughout the restaurant.
